"With a strong artistic background, and as an artist (under the name Ann Grim'), I like working on interior design projects open to having art at the core of the reflection.
It is my starting point for designing an interior space, so it immediately becomes very personal.
I believe site specific interior design should allow to live, relax, play, cook, work, feel... and dream."

Anne Grimaldi is an award-winning, passionate Parisian interior designer with a portfolio spanning from residential to commercial projects in places as far-flung as Paris, Tokyo, Cape Town, Cyprus, etc... and for clients as diverse as private art collectors, Michelin starred chefs, caviar restaurants (Maison Boutary) as well as high-end bars (Buddha Bar) and hotels (Lancaster Hotel).
She is active all over Europe and is looking to accompany people in a creative and joyful journey, helping them to define their very own space.

2010 - Anne Grimaldi revamped the restaurant and increased the number of seats from 30 to 40 when the three-Michelin-starred chef Michel Troisgros joined the Lancaster hotel in Paris.

2014 - Formerly a Chinese shadow theater, free fantasy space created in 1840.
Anne Grimaldi ensured the conservation of the paintings, gilding and woodwork of the period. Her artistic direction was to safeguard the neutrality of the common parts and bring flexibility of exploitation to the place.
Its maximum capacity is now 400 people for a cocktail reception and 250 people for a seated dinner.

2016 - Anne Grimaldi lead the artistic direction of the space listed as world cultural heritage in Paris including the magnificent Hokusai stained glass windows.
The old Cabaret, addresses a nod to the sulphurous past of the place and the atmosphere of a forgotten Paris.

2012 - Anne Grimaldi carfully lead all the furniture design and production for the opening of the restaurant. It was in 1996 that Raymond Visan opened the first Buddha Bra in Paris. Since then Buddha-Bar brand has become one of the world's most successful with outposts in over a dozen destinations worldwide including Cyprus, Monte Carlo, Moscow and Manila.
